Pesticide Free Ontario

Pesticide Free Ontario is a network of individuals and citizen groups connecting on a provincial level to work towards the elimination of urban pesticide.

The Pesticide Reform Ontario Project, initiated by PFO, is seeking new Ontario legislation to control the sale and urban landscape use of pesticides.

Oakville Peace Center

The Oakville Community Centre for Peace Ecology and Human Rights is an incorporated, grassroots, no-for-profit, social movement organization that sponsors the annual Halton EcoFest and the Earth Week Clean Up among many activities.

Groundbreakers

Ground Breakers is a group of local people dedicated to creating naturally beautiful public spaces. Since the group's founding in the spring of 2004, Ground Breakers has planted more than 1,500 native trees and bushes in Oakville. Members of the public are invited to spend a couple of hours helping to plant trees with the group this spring and fall.

The South Peel Naturalists' Club is a non-profit organization that encourages the enjoyment and study of nature and the environment.

Oakvillegreen

Oakvillegree is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to advocating on behalf of protecting, preserving and enhancing the natural environment, especially in and around Oakville.
